  • Just my advice guys. Stay away from Canadian Provincial Nominee & Immigration Service (CPNIS). They are JUST a consultancy firm, NOT the Canadian Government. They do not have the authority to grant you Permanent Residency (PR). Better just apply directly to Canada Government website https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/apply-permanent-residence.html. They have mislead a lot of people and most of them are Filipinos working abroad and in the Philippines.

I myself was also mislead. I paid USD $6,000 equivalent to Php 300K and nothing happens to my application. When they first assess you, they will bring your hopes up and promises you that you will be able to migrate to Canada in less than 1 or 2 years. After you paid their overprice package fee and paid their OVERPRICE service fee based on agreement, nothing happens. They simply just advice you to take IELTS again and again until you give up and withdraw your application. Once you request to withdraw your application, they will instantly withdraw and charge you with overpriced withdrawal fee of USD$650 and you will never get refunded or get your money back. To add salt to injury, their computation of your total amount paid will show that you still owe them of a huge amount to retrieve your documents back. They do not even give you official receipt but instead you get an agreement that you paid a certain amount for their service. I don't know how they pay their taxes in Philippines. i hope that The Bureau of Internal Revenu (BIR) will check on them. They have an office in Ortigas with address at Unit 2006 Orient Square, Emerald Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Manila. I hope our Philippine Authorities can investigate this agency.

So please guys I hope my experience will help you make a decision if ever you wish to go to CPNIS consultancy firm. If you value your hard-earned money, think twice or thrice. A lot of Filipinos are taken advantage by this consultancy firm and they travel every month to Cebu, Bacolod, Davao and other places in the Philippines and victimize Filipinos who wants to migrate to Canada. Hoping to reach out other scam victims here and report this agency. Thank you.
