    love ko c Lucian

Our Dog is a Border Collie, named Lucian, a 1 year old male. Thanks

^dapat nagresearch muna before getting that breed.

Border collies require considerably more daily physical exercise and mental stimulation than many other breeds.[5] The Border collie is an intelligent dog breed;[1][6] in fact, it is widely considered to be the most intelligent dog breed.

In this role, due to their working heritage, Border collies are very demanding, playful, and energetic. They thrive best in households that can provide them with plenty of play and exercise, either with humans or other dogs.[5] Due to their demanding personalities and need for mental stimulation and exercise, many Border Collies develop problematic behaviours in households that are not able to provide for their needs.

Before taking on the breed as a household pet, potential owners should be sure they can provide regular exercise commensurate with the collie's high energy and prodigious stamina

these dogs will be distressed and frustrated if left in isolation, ignored or inactive
. Like many working breeds, Border collies can be motion-sensitive and may chase moving vehicles and bicycles

sayang ang border collie. that dog wants to run all day. kung hindi, masisira talaga ulo nyan. hwag lang sana ipamigay kahit kanino. sana ang kumuha at yung mabibigyan ng oras ang aso para mailabas ang energy nya.

Try to train them by making a routine, mostly pag shih tzu lalo na kapag babies pa, 4-6x ang BM at leak nila. Best way to do is make a schedule with specific time and where do you want to them to poo and wee.
As for the rags, wash them immediately after they used it, because they can smell it. In addition, when they took a leak on a place that you dont want them to, say a firm NO, then immediately carry them to the place where you want them to take their personal things.

I suggest prioritize the Vaccine first, and ask the vet if they can administer the deworming too.

    Hello po,

We have 2 week old Japanese Spitz puppies and madumi na sila dahil katatapos lang nila mag ka banil. Ask ko lang po if pwede na sila paliguan or hintayin namin mag 1 month. At ano pinakainam na Shampoo for them.

Any vets here or pet parents with a similar experience --- my 5 yr old ShihTzu just went to me the other morning na parang tulala/masama pakiramdam so I picked her up and hugged her and I noticed medyo warm, when she was perfectly fine naman before that and natutulog lang sa living room. Anyway, that was about 4am and I thought if her condition doesn't improve I will bring her to the vet when they open around 9.

9am comes and hindi na siya warm, pero matamlay parin and parang tulala (naka tayo lang, refusing to lay her head down, kahit nakaupo. I felt around her head and neck and I noticed ang tigas nung part sa baba ng left ear nya (where she previously had an ear infection) so anyway dinala ko na sa vet and the vet ordered an xray and sabi lymphadenitis or inflammation of the lymph node. I Googled it a bit and sabi nga that tends to happen sa area na previously nagka infection. And it is usually treated by antibiotics or surgery if hindi mag work and sometimes daw it can be cancerous

Anyway we are on day 3 of antibiotics and ang laki na nung bukol nya, extending na to her throat area. By the look of things, hindi liliit ito but magrurupture. But I'm still worried because ang laki na. Wala siyang gana kumain so I've been feeding her liquified Hill's A/D mga one can per day.

I plan to get a second opinion pero was just wondering if some of you here can give some insights. What if hindi magrupture? Sabi ng vet surgery would be very risky, but wala daw alternative.

Can anyone recommend a tried and tested vet na magaling sa surgery? Paranaque or Alabang area sana po. I've been to VIP Alabang before kay Doc Nielsen, ok naman din sya but minsan mahirap hagilapin, laging walang clinic and to be honest, medyo mahal ang rates nila.

Can't stop watching The Dodo's videos of pitbull pups and seniors. Is it true that pitbulls display less agressive behavior towards human kids? I
guess their temperament depends on how the way their owners treat them..

Required din nya yung microchip na "ISO 11784/11785 pet microchip that is a 15 digit and non-encrypted." For pet travel po kasi papuntang malaysia then australia.

    Thanks!

I strongly agree. Different breeds have different needs, temperament, etc. People will be able to properly take care of their dogs if they understand the breed first. Otherwise, it will lead to bad habits.

Hi, Pexers, anyone here experienced getting their dog on a plane? My sister will have a destination wedding in Paphos and everything's all set, officiant, venue, DJ, etc. We got an all-inclusive wedding package from https://ibride.com/ so everything's been worked out. However, she wanted her dog ( a lab ) to be there too. Never pa kasi nmin matry isakay sila sa cargo(?). How do you transport pets long distance anyway?
