Mamsh, notice ko lang yung mga taga DLSU-labasManila eh magagaling pero di tumatangkad kaya di narerecruit ni Ramil. Baka may problema sa tubig ninyo? Cheretttt! Hahaha
pinakagusto ko recruitment moves ni RDJ is yung paghahanap nila locally. sinusuyod si luzviminda para makahanap ng talents. actually ang local volleyball in general hindi gaya sa basketball na madaming half-breeds (well we do need built and height kasi).
and aside from the RDJ system, if I were the recruit, malaking plus sa akin yung past Lady Spikers. kita naman with how they support na they're more than just teammates, genuine sisterhood talaga. even from way back sa time ni Illa they continue to visit Razon and they would watch games together. who wouldn't want to be part of that.
