    Poblema na ng courier at bangko yan. Incase na mangyari yan iissue ng bago si SB, yon nga lang matatagalan lalo bago mo makuha.

    Nag bills payment ako ng Saturday using Unionbank Mobile app and Security Bank mobile app to pay a Security Bank credit card and mas nauna na post yung payment from UBP. That one reflected yesterday with payment date (according sa app) 10 Mar 19, yung Security Bank appeared today with payment date 11 Mar 19... Na-weirduhan lang ako na nauna pa yung non-same bank kesa sa same bank...

    Anyone knows why that would be the case?

    Medyo sabog ang posting ni SecB sa online banking. Pati na rin sa transactions sa cc.

    I always encounter upon reading sa mga terms and conditions of almost all credit card promos this one โ€œ0% installment is only valid if the monthly dues are paid in fullโ€. Ano po ibig sabihin nito? Does it mean, before you avail of any installment promo, dapat wala ka ng outstanding balance or due? Thanks sa sasagot! ๐Ÿ˜Š

    I always encounter upon reading sa mga terms and conditions of almost all credit card promos this one โ€œ0% installment is only valid if the monthly dues are paid in fullโ€. Ano po ibig sabihin nito? Does it mean, before you avail of any installment promo, dapat wala ka ng outstanding balance or due? Thanks sa sasagot! ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Yes, Paid in full, no carry over.

    So if gusto ko mag-avail now ng installment na 0% di pa pwede until mabayaran ko yung balance ko na straight swipe?

    Depende kung ano ang nakasaad sa T&C yon ang masusunod.

    Hi,

    May nakapag try na ba dito e enroll yung Security Bank credit card nila sa BPI EOL Bills Payment? I checked SBโ€™s website at isa sa mga pwede mode of payment is thru BPI EOL. However I went to a BPI branch but was informed nung nag entertain sa akin na wala raw SB.

    naka pagenroll ako ng SB ko for bills payment. pumunta ako sa branch at sinabi ko na mag eenroll ako ng credit card for bills payment. may binigay sya na form. inputted my SB card details after 3days nasa online na. last year pa yun baka binago ngayon.

We are pleased to inform you that your Security Bank Mastercard application has been approved. Please expect delivery within 10-15 banking days. For inquiries, you may call our Customer Contact Hotline at (02)887-9188. Thank you.'. Ano po yung totoo?tnx

  • It's my 3rd attempt calling the hotline. Hindi pa din daw forwarded sa courier. Another 3-5 banking days waiting. Wala pa din tracking num at wala pa din feedback from escalations. Ano na SB? Kaya pa ba? Ilang beses ba dapat mag follow up? Minsan talaga hindi ako naniniwala sa 'patience is a virtue' eh! 
    sobrang naiintindihan kita. very unusual sa SB na ma-delay ang card delivery. Hindi ko pa masungitan at maaway yung hotline agent/supervisor kasi to begin with, 10-15 banking days ang delivery nila base dun sa approval text and email. 10th banking day ko palang ngayon. Oa ako pag nangaway ako ng agent or supervisor at this point. Pero sa totoo lang nakakapang-init  na ng ulo kasi araw-araw ko binibilin sa mga kasama ko sa bahay na hintayin yung card at yung ID ko at authorization ay nasa ibabaw lang ng washing machine. hehehe
    SAME! 10th banking day ko na today. So dapat mareceive na natin by next friday. Siguro by then, dun na ko sobrang magiinit ulo kapag naglapse na yung ika-15th banking day at wala pa din. Abang-abang tayo! Ang habol ko kasi talaga yung mga seat sale sa mga airlines eh. Baka hindi ko maabutan. Hehehe
    Pare-pareho tayo! 11th banking day na ko waiting. 3 attempts na rin na tawag sa hotline.  May issue nga yata sila sa Platinum cards? May mga kilala ba kayong napprove na platinum nung feb na nakuha na ang cards nila? Ang dami ko nang nareceive na message alerts from SB about promos and phishing/security ekek. May tumawag pa nga about the 0% balance transfer, ang funny nila, wala pa card ko!

    Another thing is I encouraged a friend to apply last Friday, nakuha na nya card nya just now. Pero Gold naman yung naapprove sa kanya. 
    Ako din! Sobrang dami ko na narereceive na promos and updates thru text & email. Pero yung pinakaiintay kong tracking num wala pa din. Baka nga may issue sila sa platinum cards nila nu? Jusko sana naman nextweek mareceive na natin. 
    Nareceive nyo na cards nyo? Wala pa rin yung sa kin.
