Each person has a godself - also called higher self , thought adjuster or I Am presence. Religion has not explained such things,

This personified God essence is more in touch w/ the superconscious mind, speaking via dreams, intuitions etc. But on occassion of meditative allowance, it can be heard by the inner ear. Sometimes during dangers, like when a snake is on your path, your inner ear can hear instruction not to move further or such.

This thought adjuster is a localized connection to the Godforce permeating the universe.

Muhammad, Yeshua, Paul, even songwriters can hear songs/lyrics/words out of nowhere. The mistake is to ascribe it to the Source of the universe instead of a personal divine guide.

Just like the Voice Moses heard at Sinai, Mohamed heard in a cave, Manalo heard in his room, and naughty Paul heard on the road to Damascus, Duterte did not hear a God. It was an auditory hallucination. Mohamed was right. He was crazy. Paul, Jesus, Teresa too! Hallucinating fools.

As for me, I'm perfectly okay when I receive inspiration from nowhere while writing, playing music or just dreaming beyond/outside apparent realities. I would not however spew it out like a quiboloy.

President Duterte is GIVING IN to the people but with pride does not want them to think that he is giving up his personal trait in hypocrisy, but rather as obedience to God. This is his conscience speaking to him.

President Duterte would rather change in "obedience to God" rather than accept that he was wrong in being himself and believing that being transparent is what he wants to be known for. He remains strong but bows to the One he accepts to be way stronger than him.

I personally believe that he is to bring peace, order and prosperity in the land where the Nation of God resides as it is prophesied:
