Ewan ko ba sa tao na to. Garapalan.
Eto muna post ko sa ngayon.

Biglang kambyo at eto na ang blog ni Mar Roxas http://blog.marroxas.com/tag/cheaper-medicines/
"Before the Cheaper Medicines Act was made into law, the Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism (PCIJ) noted that It is a sad fact of life that medicines in the Philippines are several times more expensive than in most countries. The Philippines is in fact second to Japan in having the highest medicine prices in Asia. This is no longer true today. As a Senator, Roxas recognized the issue of costly medicines and fought the big pharmaceutical lobby by proposing amendments to the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines."
A couple of old articles on the issue.

180,000 classrooms in 5 years....
Let's do the math. Not counting holidays, 1 year is equals to 52 weeks. So 5 years will have 260 weeks or 1,300 working days.
180,000 classrooms divided by 1,300 working days = 138 classrooms FINISHED per working day.
Somebody call Amnesty International, apparently the Mar Roxas and his daang matuwid had slaves working to finish 138 classrooms per day.0 -

Just like he told CNN post Yolanda: "Those are not the same bodies your seeing everyday."
Former Rep. and now Iloilo Vice Gov. Rolex Suplico was referring to the press statement issued last Thursday (March 25) by Roxas claiming to be the primary author of the Cheaper Medicine Act which the latter claims to have reduced prices of 200 crucial medicines. The press statement was also posted the same day on the Senate Web site. Suplico, whose bill was filed even before Roxas became senator, stressed the bill that the latter filed in the 14th Congress (SB 101) was only to allow parallel importation of medicines which would have benefitted more the multinational drug companies. I coined the name cheaper medicines law, not Mar, he said. - See more at: http://www.ellentordesillas.com/2012/09/02/dilg-is-make-or-break-for-roxas-presidential-dream/#sthash.QO0okbqm.dpuf
Secretary Mar Roxas lied that the Filipino people were clamoring for President Aquino to extend his presidential tenure. The clamor was all in the defeated Liberal Party vice-presidential candidates head.
