Confessions of a Happy and Supportive Sister: Her Call Center Experience

My sister is an insomniac since birth and she is very used to long chats on the phone.
She never thought that this weakness could be her strength in the career she pursued in a call center.
She's already working for more than three years in IBEX Global Philippines and now she's telling me that she realized, "Work could be just like a hobby." she's very happy in her current work as Senior Customer Service Specialist plus, she's spending more time with her family because her place of work is near her
place of residence.

She's living with her husband and two kids in Manggahan, Pasig and IBEX Global is just located in Hanston Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Nice name too. Haha! I'm an agent working at IBEX.

    There was never a discrimination in this office. Though the culture is diverse, I should say that I am happy working as a Customer Representative in IBEX Global.

    Aside from the very convenient location of my working place to my house, I would like to stay here for long-term because of the good and fun people I work with...

    I heard that Sitel is near Ibex therefore Sitel is better than Ibex.. agree?

    Hmm..It depends on how you will evaluate things. I don't know about Sitel, I also have friends working there, but haven't heard so much about them. I have a friend named Raffy, working for IBEX though. He told me he's happy working with the company for several years now. He was never bored because he loves sports and events and IBEX has lots of it for their employees. He's even a varsity player for IBEX by the way .

    Sister, is also actually working for IBEX she used to work with Convergys, Atos, and Teleperformance already but she resigned with the former companies because she's no longer happy with the management (that's what she told me).

    so lady recruiter, aren't you going to share anything related to this thread like your love experiences, s3x life, etc. rather than trying to conduct some recruitment strategy like this one?

    look,I don't even care about what you are doing but sorry I can't help myself but to laugh hilariously just to see someone from the recruitment(?) of a CALL CENTER Company trying to post a JOB recruiting strategy in the LOVE STORIES and EXPERIENCES thread? and you have the guts to reply back with this bubble..twisting things huh..

    well it was not a very wise move I say, miss recruiter..perhaps you are trying to comply with a motto..

    Hahaha this thread is funny.. i really thought there's some story i can read about like a love story with or about a co-worker, since nasa stories & experiences toh.. bulagah! ibang "experience pala gusto pagusapan ni TS.. :lol::lol::lol:

    I think this thread is about the TS getting referral bonuses? maraming tao na kina career talaga yan.
