Private property is just an illusion cause you always have to ask the gov for pemit. Can you call that your own if you cant control it? Free means free but read the Economy & Patrimony part of the Constitution if you think its a free market.

What you are looking for is something similar to anarchy, i.e., you take something by force, and that thing now belongs to you. If it belonged to someone else, then he will have to take it from you by force because there is no law or government to help him. And the situation can be reversed.
In this case, we have a free market that's validated by government that works for those who are strongest. That is, in a free market, some become stronger than others due to capitalism. Eventually, they take over the economy and the government works for them. Whatever laws you have to follow are based on a social contract, e.g., you need a "permit" from the government to own something, but that government has to form police and government forces as well as legal systems to protect your rights, and you cannot take what belongs to someone else by force except for legal reasons. Of course, the same problem can take place when the government or the elite go against the law, or form laws in their favor.

I dont know why you have mistaken my message to suggest anarchy. I didnt say anyone can steal. Im saying is we don't have free market cause youre not free if you have to ask government permission for your every move. Free market means everyone can make contracts with everyone. That doesn't give us right to steal cause that violates the property right of the victim. The role of gov is to protect rights & punish those who will violate others rights.*
The free market, not the gov, will sort out the strong and the crappy players in the market cause the better players will profit and grow while the crappy ones will go bankrupt. I think your saying that if gov will not intervene, free market will eventually lead to monopolies. Monopolies are created not by free markets but by governments. All monopolies in history are creatures of the gov. Monopolies will not survive in a free market.
Our social contract is we will respect each others rights and the gov will exist to protect our rights. To manage the economy means to choose for everyone which means we can't choose for ourselves. Thats what makes this country socialist. We're not free to choose. It's all up to the government to decide. It should protect our right to liberty diba? Bat ganto?

IMHO, the closest that the Philippines has gotten to Socialism was during the Marcos years. It actually begs the question, "where did he get all the money for that?"
Ang baba ng tax rate dati. Walang ring VAT. The infra he left with us was definitely worth more than the national debt of $26B in '86.

Populist, Socialist or rather Nationalist nga mga patakaran ni Makoy.
Yung mga debt nayan karamihan pa mga debt ng mga private corporations to build the Makati skyline at carryover ng debt ng Macapagal admin. At lumobo pa yan dahil na rin sa IMF-WB forced peso devaluation during 1971 shift from fixed to floating exchange rate (end of Bretton-woods). And so, san galing ang pinanggastos nya? Na demonize sya both by local and global mainstream media. May kinalaman ba ang mga ginto ng Collateral Account which they termed as the Yamashita treasure?
At ang pagkakaruon ng completely independent na Nationalized Central Bank in the tradition of FDR's New Deal using Hamiltonian economics. Mga NATO forces na mga galamay ng Roths-child controlled Financial mafia have destroyed Libya's Central Bank, formerly one of those few left outside of the control of the Global monetarist Financial Mafia.
How can there be competition e virtually monopolistic cartel ang power sector?

That is so funny. Brown skin filipinos doing the Nazi salute.
As far as the Nazis are concern, filipinos are brown skin monkeys whose entire race should be decimated inside the gas chambers. Everytime a pinoy does that salute (or have a Nazi fetish), that's a good example of someone f*cking themselves.

If so the "democratic" Americans were not far behind in the superior white man thing in those days either. AND JUST THINK, IT WAS THEY WHO DIRECTLY COMMITTED GENOCIDE TO US FILIPINOS AND YET WE STILL LOVE THEM SO MUCH TODAY. NOR DO THEY HAVE ANY REAL REGRETS HAVING DONE IT TILL THIS VERY DAY!
Now, to be fair, nazi germany wasn't all that crass in their treatment of Filipinos during the 1936 Berlin olympics........http://www.freeimagehosting.net/t/okm8n.jpg
