my daughter is turning 6 yrs old and she has good set of teeth... walang bulok, whatever... kaya lang, her two front teeth (permanent) are growing na kaya it looks like sungki-sungki. the primary teeth in front tapos yung permanent teeth sa likod. medyo hindi maganda tingnan. our family dentist says its ok lang, hintayin lang daw mahulog... tama ba yun? hindi ko ba pwedeng ipabunot na? wawa naman e.

thanks.

p.s.
umuuga na yung isang primary tooth.

  • You may or may not opt to have the two front primary teeth ( particularly the ones that are supposed to be replaced by the permanent teeth) removed.

It is actually quite normal for the permanent teeth in front to emerge at the back of the primary teeth. What is troublesome is if the primary teeth (particularly the ones mean't to be replaced) stay too long inside the mouth, leading to crowding of the permanent teeth.

If one of the primary teeth is moving, it signifies that it's almost time for it to fall off.

The primary teeth don't all fall off at the same time.

That would depend on how mobile the tooth is.

While it is perfectly fine to wait for a primary tooth to fall off once it gets very mobile, please make sure your kid does not swallow the tooth. Depending on its size, it could be a choking hazard.
