Numb & weak ring & little fingers

hi doc! since april 20, i felt numbness in the medial part of my left hand. medyo numb yung little and ring fingers, plus the part of the palm just superior to it. (pero hindi naman completely numb... medyo lang). whenever i use those 2 fingers plus my middle finger, like pressing something... parang weak sila compared to the other fingers of my right hand. yung middle finger hindi naman numb... weak lang. yung thumb and index finger ng left hand plus all the fingers of my right hand are perfectly fine.

although i'm a med student, di pa ko sure sa sakit ko. is this an ulnar nerve injury case? if not, what do you think it is? is this a serious case? help me pls!

Have a neurology consultant or senior resident assess your cervical motor strength. It might be an injury outside of the ulnar nerve (e.g. 2 to a synovial cyst, ligament compression, etc.), or it may just be a tendon injury. The ulnar nerve doesn't feed the 3rd finger, so I'm not really convinced it's a nerve injury. I'm more inclined to an orthopedic vs. a neurologic diagnosis. Either way, you'll have to do a complete neuro exam to know what it is. I don't think it's a serious case as yet, so relax.
