    kyuryus din ako sa training ng ASE dito... sana may mag magandang loob n makwento kung ano meron sa training nila.

    Medyo vague yung description ng "training" na sinasabi dito...

    Anyways, you must be referring to a boot camp? Classroom based ang ganitong training at may practical/written exam at the end. It "could" impact your standing sa company especially if on probation ka pa. If regular ka na, it "may" affect your annual rating.

    On a regular basis, maraming trainings na available whether ASE ka man or higher ranking (could be classroom, computer-based, vendor, etc). Accenture will always be a good ground for trainings.

    ASE po stands for Associate Software Engineer. In Accenture parlance, this is the same as "Programmer". Ito po yung entry level for fresh grads and inexperienced hires.

    For Solutions, may 8 levels kasi bago ka maging corporator ng Accenture:

    1 ASE
    2 SE
    3 SSE
    4 TL
    5 AM
    6 Manager
    7 Sr Mgr
    8 Sr Exec

    @ you101, not sure if this still applicable. it was in place during FI global crisis last 2 years.

    try to be the best always on trainings as this would greatly impact your ranking as an ASE.

    1. Depende yan sir sa skill set mo. Yung retool po ay nangyayari pag stagnanat *** napuntahan mong capability ay merong ibang capability na nangangailangan ng tao. Pero for sure ay may training po. Kahit TLs, AMs or even Managers.

    2. Workload varies po.

    3. Toxic, weekend and holiday work depends on your project. If your a support, sure yan sir may holiday/weekend ka. Pero on a rotation basis. Depende pa rin po sa project. Kadalasan na nagsasabi na toxic sa project kahit hindi naman ay yung mga nag eexpect na magfacebook lang during workhours. :bop:

    4. No OT pay is not true. Naninira lang ng Accenture yun.

    Pre-Employment Tip: Magpa-refer ka po. Para may contact person ka sa loob ng Accenture for your application. *okay*

    Pwede malaman kung gaano ka tagal processing ng job application dito? May tumawag kasi sakin from Accenture asking me if I'm interested to apply tapos binigay sakin SE position. Naka 2 interviews na ako then waiting for the next step pa rin ako. How long will the process take kaya? :)

    yung nag interview mismo nagsabi sakin na walang OT pay..i dunno lang if sa mga ASE lang yun..

    why?

    una less training kasi expected na may natutunan ka na sa prev work mo,.,.,.so kung galing ka sa isang mahinang company yari ka,.,.,

    kung galing ka naman sa isang ok na IT company keri lang

    2nd you are expected to do much kasi nasa SE and SSE yung BULK ng work like design test code etc.

    3rd alanganin sa bayad kasi aminin na natin sa accenture d gaanu kataas ang pay compared sa iba lalu na kung icoconsider mo yun workload

    Meron din akong nabasa na post na mataas ang atrition rate sa Accenture dahil nga daw sa workload, project assigned at salary o aside from these meron pang ibang reason bakit marami nagreresign.

    Meron din ako nabasa na SSE o SE n ata yon paghire sa kanya retool agad siya sa SAP sa naalala ko VB o VB.net ata expertise niya pero retool siya... Ibig ba sabihin VB lang pede retool kung iba capability mo malaman don ka na... :)
