I don't workout that much so, will this help me at all?
  • blakedaddy, what brand of Creatine can you recommend?
  • nitotech natry nyo na?parang ang bagal ng improvement?

Then why take this to begin with if you're not even working out? People think taking supplements will give them gains but you have to workout to begin with. You can get gains without supplements if you eat right and train right but you will never get gains with supplements and not working out

Get your eating habits in check first before taking in any supplements

Its because you were fooled by those stupid ads. Try eating and training right and you'll get results.

    I'm eating 5 rice meals per day. 3 packs of Nagaraya for snacks. I work out 5 days a week. I'm 5'10" @ 160lbs.

    Eat... then eat again.

The problem lies as well in your training. You're training too often and too much... try cutting your training down and you'll notice a difference

5 days a week work out????

    kakapagod.

    when do you rest?
  • Rest days are Tuesday and Sunday.

    Monday: Back & Biceps
    Tuesday: OFF
    Wednesday: Chest & Triceps
    Thursday: Shoulders, Legs, Abs
    Friday: Back & Biceps
    Saturday: Chest & Triceps
    Sunday: OFF

Workout time: 45 minutes to 1 hour only.
    Supplement: Boost

-You're overtraining arms already by combining chest with triceps and back with biceps. Arms are only a small muscle group so they get enough stimulation with the pressing and pulling movements. Also, why train chest/triceps and back/biceps twice? More is definitely not better because recovery is compromised. I would suggest sticking to the heavy basics distributed on a 3x a week training routine. Peace.
  • Really? I didn't know that. So what could be my training routine then? Can you give me some advice? Thanks in advance.

Not sure about the price range but Cell-Tech by MuscleTech is still probably the most expensive. Powder is better than capsules because it gets absorbed faster. However, I also have to say that you won't really need to supplement with creatine if you eat a lot of red meat. More often that not, those who eat a lot of red meat have already high creatine levels. Thus, there would be zero-minimal response if they do take it. Peace.
  • i tried creatine (Optimum Nutrition), in less than a month, i gained 20 lbs. natakot ako kaya tinigilan ko, nag stick na lang ako sa whey protein.

i go to the gym 3-4x a week and having a high protein, low carb diet.
