hi!! any dietitians or nutritonist here?:D naghahanap lang magkaroon ng sample plan ng 40 30 30 diet... di ko kasi alam kung paano mag estimate ng food portions the right way.
btw.. ang 40 30 30 diet. is un paghahati ng food mo into portions. bale 40 percent carbs 30 percent protein and 30 fats. yun. sikat sya na diet among those aiming for losing weight while working out sa gym.

yup 2:1 ratio always for protein and carbs.... the protein size serving should be around my fist size...
half that size would be my fat and twice to thrice my carb serving0 -
oh if you can follow this rigorously as well: half of your carbs come from rice, bread pasta or potatoes where the other half comes from oats and veggies0

hmmm blake... will i eat this way in every meal? i eat 6 x a day to speed up my metabolism and to lose body fat too...!:D
i do carido which is jog/walk 30 min. 3x a week 2x a week fullbody strength training and 2x a week ab training....:)
