Losing 8kg in 3 months?

I’ve done a lot more before myself however I was starting where I was bordering obesity.

What I’m trying to say is depends on your size and whether you’re willing to do a lot of cardio.

What’s ur size? Do u have space to run or do u have a treadmill (cardio is the most effective way to lose weight, pairing it with weights training or simply just a few dumbbells increases efficacy).

P.s diet is V important, don’t eat anything that’s processed, drink only water and milk !

  • best exercise to lose weight is yoga . anyone can do it and can be done at home.
    an hour daily exercise can help lose fat. it freshes mind and help staying fit. after 3 months u will definately lose weight.
