    This is President Biden’s China Competitiveness Package. 

    A lot of production currently done outside the US will be brought back to the US. At the same time, there is opportunity for SE Asian Nations. Pre-Covid, Vietnam was poised to steal some $50 billion of Production from China. 

    ...I have little faith in Philippine Leadership to capitalise on this opportunity.
