Sometimes I get quite lonely and I don't know what to do. How can I start a new relationship now? I don't know and I need help I think

    I think it just needs more effort and patience and then maybe everything will work out. I have repeatedly made sure that unfortunately in a relationship everything is not as simple as we would like.

    you need to relax in yourself and get some hobbies that actually make you happy. for me it is cyckling and cardgames. Next step is then finding people who also enjoy your hobbies. For example i joined a cycling club and a small club focused on card games andthe social aspect of it.
