    - Baltazar has vastly improved, has midrange and even a one handed tear drop
    - Ramos is a shooter
    - Suerte is a revelation, slasher, high flier and a possibly a big PG
    - all are good dribblers except for the 3 centers

Halos lahat sila maganda pinakita sa window na to. Standout sa akin si Ramos, Baltazar, JGDL and even just one game si Oftana. Sarap pagsamahin ng mga ito coupled with our bigs Kai and Edu plus a NP or a Clarkson the next 3 years and they will be a force to reckon with.

Juan GDL is more of a combo guard.

    For Upgrade and Improvement
    - we need one 6'5" SG, another 6'7" SF"
    - our PF need to practice mid range to long range shots

Politics yan, TP. There were several countries that weren't able to participate in their respective windows, notable among which was China. When you have a powerful entity like them, FIBA would need to tread on eggs shells before making any decision, otherwise, they might bite the hand that feeds them.

Defaulting the games of South Korea is ideal for us, but imagine the consequences if the same rule applies to all other countries who missed the second window because of similar reasons?

In the end, they might give South Korea a free pass on this. We still have to know how the FIBA will react if certain countries once more miss the 3rd window. That may be a different story. Or a similar one, depending on the countries who'll miss this.

Unfair for Thailand, They were threaten by FIBA that they were given penalties of they were not play this window.. A full force Thailand can beat Prosper-Jawato led Indonesia.. But they were force to go there.. But anyway even Canada also no go in the qualifiers in Americup.. Sorry for Thailand.. FIBA wants Indonesia to advance because basketball is now quite popular there.. maybe 2nd or 3rd most popular.. Whila basketball in Thailand is not on top 5 most popular.. So sila pipiliin ng FIBA to play on and advance.. Kita naman in social media that Indonesia has now interest on Basketball.. While not said on Thailand..

I'm sure it is. But that's how it works in politics - if you're not a player, you're a mere pawn. Thailand is not a player, China is. The Philippines also used to be a mere pawn, but MVP somehow has given us some influence. Note though that the FIBA also "forced" us to play in the second window even if we weren't ready as well. But because we still needed to prove ourselves to the FIBA gods, we can only say yes to them.

Tama po sir.. Di parin burado sa ala-ala ng FIBA at ng buong mundo yung basketbrawl 2 years ago.. But if you look at this, parang sinet-up ang Thailand, so that we and Indonesia have that sort of advantage vs Thailand.. Now Thais will need to beat Indonesia by 15 pts above for that 3rd seed playoffs to the 2nd round (unless Indonesia upsets either Gilas or Korea).. Nagtataka ako eh malakas pala Korea sa FIBA.. because if you look also the most popular sports in Korea, wala din sila sa top 5 most popular.. so dapat brinaso sana to ng FIBA.. imbes na 2 games lang tayo on February eh naging 3 games pa.. Special treatment nanyare sa Korea.. talagang unfair for other Group A mates..
