Why China is rooting for Joe Biden to win 2020 presidential race

Xi Jinping and his Communist cronies should celebrate Joe Biden’s recent turnaround at the ballot box, maybe with a (masked) ball. Joe and Hunter Biden embody the globalism that empowered a China bent on surpassing the United States.

Start with Hunter’s shenanigans. In 2017, the illustrious vice-presidential son was granted what Chinese commentators described as a Xianchai, a sinecure reserved for offspring of important officials, at BHR Partners. BHR is a $20 billion fund with shareholders that include China Life, China Development Bank and other state-owned entities. China’s State Council calls on BHR to find deals abroad by hiring foreigners with political connections.

Hunter may have been the wrong choice, though, considering his knack for attracting publicity and his dealings with Ye Jianming, a former energy CEO now jailed by Beijing for corruption. Jianming presented Hunter a large diamond — and the president of Chad a $2 million bribe.

Under media scrutiny, young Biden announced his resignation from BHR in October 2019, though the Chinese public records still list him as an officer. This all happened, he explains, after his father left office. In China, though, there is a widespread belief that officials are even more influential in retirement.

Not that Papa Biden hasn’t been helpful to Junior in office. In 2013, Hunter’s business partner Jonathan Li and his father sat down for a meeting. Hunter calls such encounters “social visits,” but business in China happens over dinner and boozy karaoke fests.

To many Americans, Hunter’s wheeling and dealing in China might look like another example of the powerful exploiting access — just like, well, Hunter in Ukraine. But this Xianchai is more sinister: It’s the apotheosis of the corrupt bond between US elites and China’s brutal regime.

Hunter is a winner in a globalist system that saw America hand to China its industrial base, good jobs, intellectual property and global standing in exchange for market access and flattery. China, Wall Street and the Bidens profited.

His son’s profiteering aside, Joe Biden defends this system — and has since meeting Deng Xiaoping in 1979, when he joined the first US congressional delegation to the People’s Republic.

As chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in the early 2000s and then as veep, Biden helped along China’s geopolitical rise. Bernie Sanders is thus right to criticize Biden for supporting the grant of Permanent Normal Trade Relations status to China in 2000.

A decade later, Biden said: “A rising China is a … positive development not only for China, but for America.” Tell that to the 1 million Uighurs in Chinese concentration camps. Tell it to Asian democracies menaced by Beijing’s bullying. Tell it to the American factory workers who lost good jobs while Hunter got $80,000 a month for his princeling sinecure.

Oh, and what did Biden do about the growing Chinese-fueled fentanyl crisis while “overseeing the China portfolio,” as he says he did in the Obama administration? Nada.

What Biden did do was to contribute mightily to Team Obama’s record of appeasement and failure to counter Chinese aggression from cyber-hacking to island-building.

Nowadays, Biden might virtue-signal about a “rules-based international order” and human rights in China. But while he occupied the highest circles of American power, he did nothing to prevent China from subverting those rules to supplant and endanger America.

In practice, he upheld an “order” in which the US Navy guaranteed the security of Chinese resource imports and exports of finished goods made in state-subsidized factories.

Nowadays, Biden might call his old friend Xi a “thug” and yelp about Xinjiang and Hong Kong. But the Communist Party has long endured sanctimonious liberals. Listening to their harangues is a small price for a relationship that brings such prosperity and strength.

Americans are now woke to these realities. In today’s climate, a full return to the pre-Trump China consensus may not be possible, even for Biden. But the predictability of Biden would be a blessing to Beijing, as opposed to Trump or Sanders.

The two populists understand what China does. Meanwhile, just last summer, Biden said of the Chinese regime: “They’re not bad folks. … They’re not competition for us.”

Communist Party members may not be “bad folks,” but they are realists who prioritize their own national interest.

That means subverting their main geopolitical rival — and Biden has consistently supported this goal. Strong drink and strong hangovers may excuse Hunter’s Beijing hijinks, but his father is beholden to a delusional globalist ideology of mutual benefit that has wrought tremendous damage to our nation. Call him Beijing Biden.

The World already has a demented, corrupt serial molester as President of the United States, his name is Donald, Trump.

At least 25 women have made sexual misconduct allegations against Trump since the 1970s.

deluge of women made their accusations public following the October 2016 release of the "Access Hollywood" tape, in which Trump was recorded boasting about grabbing women's genitals in 2005. Some others made their stories public months before the tape's release, and still others came forward in the months following.

Trump's corruption is a matter of public record, in fact, he was impeached for it.

Do you really want to go the dementia route when Trump is a drug addled demented dotard?

Why are his pupils so diated? That's a typical sign of drug abuse.

Really, you need to get professional help to distinguish between fantasy and reality.

    Not likely.

Tara Reade's story changes depending on her mood, not to mention her original complaint was not sexual harassment.

In an interview with the Associated Press, Tara Reade, a former Senate staffer that has alleged Vice President Joe Biden sexually assaulted her, said she filed a limited report with the congressional personnel office that didn't directly accuse him of sexual assault or harassment, but then later tweeted “this is false.”
Not a credible witness this one.

The second charge is coming from former Tea Party darling Christine O'Donnell (remember her?), Evy Murry is her niece. It turns out Biden wasn't even at the event she alleges.

Nearly two days after the allegation first emerged, evidence came to light on Sunday casting doubt on whether Joe Biden attended the 2008 event where a woman, Eva Murry, says he commented on her breasts when she was 14 years old.

    J. Brian Murphy, who was the vice president of Delaware's First State Gridiron dinner at the time, released a statement denying that Biden was in attendance.

“After reviewing my files of the dinner which included attendees and the show itself, I can conclusively say, Senator Biden was not at the dinner,” Murphy said in a letter dated Saturday.

An aide to Biden, written down as "John," attended the annual dinner in his place, according to a copy of Biden’s personal schedule for May 3, 2008, which was obtained by Fox News. It was also noted that local reports at the time said Biden had a minor surgery the week of the dinner and was not working.

Why would Biden step down over such poor attempts at character assassination when the Trumpster has over twenty such accusations leveled against him? Trump is even on the record paying off a good number of them.

Quite simply, where were these people when Biden was VP? Back then, Tara Reade was a huge fan of Biden, she only changed her tune a year ago when she seemed to become a fan of Putin's Russia.

Tara Reade Couldn’t Praise Vladimir Putin Enough in 2018–2020

So where was Tara Reade right after she spent close to a year praising Joe Biden and attacking Vladimir Putin on Twitter, and right before she came forward with allegations against Joe Biden in 2019?

Reade was busy writing pro-Putin and pro-Russia tweets on Twitter, and articles for the Medium, which when the media found, she quickly removed from the internet.

So we have a Russian Disinformation Asset and a Tea Party Loony bringing charges against Biden, let us know when something more credible comes along.

TO further illustrate the difference between Trump and Biden's character. Biden has written to the US Senate to ask them to release the records pertinent to the Reade Case. The GOP led Senate refused to comply

Trump won't hand over his records, Biden has requested his records be released.

This sounds more and more like a smear job. Reade filed a complaint, but is unsure what it contained. She has no record of it, she does not know where she submitted it. She was for Biden before she was against him.

Senate Office Tells Biden It Cannot Seek Tara Reade Records

The secretary of the Senate's office said on Monday that it cannot comply with former Vice President Joe Biden's request to search for and release any records of an alleged sexual harassment complaint from Tara Reade.

On Friday, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee had formally written to Secretary of the Senate Julie Adams asking for help in determining whether Reade had filed a written complaint 27 years ago, as she says she did while working as a staff assistant in Biden's Senate office.

...Reade also told NPR that she voiced her concerns about harassment to three people in the office: Biden's longtime aide Dennis Toner; his then-chief of staff Ted Kaufman; and his executive assistant Marianne Baker.

All three of them have said no such conversations ever took place.

Reade cannot remember the name of the office where she allegedly filed a complaint, though based on practices at the time it likely would have been the Office of Senate Fair Employment Practices, nor does she have a copy of a complaint.

Reade said she went to an office where "they gave me a form, like a one-page form on a clipboard, and told me to fill it out, like an intake form, and then they would get back to me." She does not recall receiving a phone call after she submitted the form.

Over the next few months, Trump will be running for re-election on a record that will include between 150,000 and 200,000 dead and 40 Million jobs lost, he will also be running as an impeached President.

Does he feel no shame? Do his fans?

Quarter of Democrats want new candidate after seeing Biden deny Tara Reade claims: Poll

One in four Democrats who were shown the footage of Joe Biden denying Tara Reade's sexual assault allegations want to see the Democratic Party pick a different nominee before the convention.

According to a Monday poll from Morning Consult, 26% of Democrats said they would like to see a new candidate replace Biden after watching a video of the former vice president denying the allegations made by Reade. Democratic voters under the age of 45 were significantly more likely to want to see Biden replaced, with 40% saying so.

Respondents to the poll were shown a 35-second clip of Biden's denial from an interview that aired on MSNBC's Morning Joe on Friday. During the interview, Biden said, "No. It is not true. I’m saying unequivocally: It never, never happened. It didn’t. It never happened."

A majority of Democrats, 61%, found Biden's denial to be credible. Women and respondents under the age of 45 were less likely to find Biden's denial credible. Overall, 41% of voters found Biden's denial to be credible, while 39% did not find his denial credible.

Forty-two percent of Democrats said politicians should resign when they are hit with credible accusations of sexual assault. This shows a significant change from how Democrats responded to the same question in December 2017 during the height of the #MeToo movement. At the time, 62% of Democrats felt politicians should resign when facing credible accusations of sexual assault.

The Democratic National Convention has been postponed until August. Biden is the only candidate remaining in the race, but there have not been enough primary elections for him to secure the number of delegates needed to secure the nomination.

Photo ops of Biden in uncomfortable situations or Court Records of Trump's payoffs to the women he assaulted. It's clear you believe hearsay when it comes to Biden, or any other Democrat.

Donald Trump played a central role in the notorious hush payments to silence adult-film star Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal, who both allege they had affairs with the president, according to evidence obtained by federal investigators and cited Friday by The Wall Street Journal. In August 2015, the Journal notes, Trump met with American Media Inc. Chief Executive David Pecker and asked him what he could do to help his burgeoning campaign. Pecker offered to buy the stories of any women accusing the candidate of sexual encounters—which is exactly what he did a year later, when Trump asked him to kill a story from McDougal. Pecker’s company paid $150,000 to silence McDougal, and Trump thanked him for his help, according to the newspaper.

The Journal also reports that Trump “was involved in or briefed on nearly every step” of the agreements with both McDougal and Daniels, working through his former friend and longtime fixer Michael Cohen. Despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, Trump continues to claim that Cohen was nothing more than a “public-relations person” who “represented me on very small things.” In 2016, the Journal notes, Trump allegedly told Cohen to “get it done” when referring to a payment to silence Daniels—and was eventually forced to pay Cohen twice that to reimburse him, which Trump categorized as “legal fees.” These revelations “raise the possibility” that Trump ran afoul of federal campaign-finance laws, the Journal notes.
