Anyone working at Accenture Philippines? Have a couple of questions

Hello, I'm really interested on applying for a job at Accenture, although I would just like to ask how strict are they when it comes to the pre-employment medical exam? Also what third party clinic do they have you go into? Do they strictly require a rectal/prostate exam or can I voluntarily not do it? I don't have any problems with my private parts, I'm just not really comfortable having it checked by people I don't personally know lol.
