• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Complete call logs and reports
• Management and resolve customer complaints
You are qualified if you:
• Must have finished at least two years in college - for HS Grad and 1 yr. UG at least 6 months BPO experience required
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Atleast 18 years old
• Good english communication skills
