Hi Pex,

Anyone who know what to consider when leasing a property/lot as a leasee?

how to rate/price?
terms and condition?

You mean as lessor? Find out the rate of your competition then decide how much you'd like to price it. Consider if your unit is furnished or not and what you can offer that other units don't have. :)

You have to have a contract with your future tenant. Otherwise if you don't want all the hassle, contact a broker and they will take care of everything for you. If you need a broker let me know. :D

    Yes as a lessee.

Our place is in Misamis Oriental and no Idea about the rates with other lessees in that area.

Its a 750 sqm lot along highway.

Oh I'm only familiar with NCR properties... As a lessee all I can say is do due diligence on the property first. Find out more about it. Maybe go to the municipal hall and ask about prevailing rates etc.
