No, Human soaps are not dangerous for them. but, it's better if you can use a dog shampoo to bathe your dog. The frequency depends on the condition and makes sure to cover the ears when bathing as water may cause ear infection

I bath mine once a week and bought a portable bath for him. There is no tub in at my place
