    It's grammatically correct but it sounds awkward. 

    If this is spoken, it's too formal. Make it informal by using contraction. Substitute buy for purchase, i.e. "Please, let me know if you'll buy...." 

    Put the idea behind 'to consolidate the orders' in a new sentence.
