Is greed the biggest reason kaya may mga super rich sa mundo katulad sa Pilipinas?

Diba yun ang mga sinasabi nga mga liberal economists or politicians na greed is the biggest reason kaya may mga super rich sa mundo katulad sa Pilipinas?Pero diba you can also argue na the biggest reason kaya may mga super rich it's because people value their products, people want their products?Do you think the biggest reason or the main reason kaya naging super rich ang mga corporations like Apple or SM is because of greed or is it because many people buy their products?I'm not saying walang greedy na mayaman or super yaman, but I'm just asking if greed is the biggest reason kung bakit may mga super yaman sa mundo?

Sa China may 12,000 new start up companies created everyday and 2 billionaires every week. I've also learned that aside from their banks, there are other institutions where you can even borrow money online. Gustong gusto ng mga VC (venture captialist) sa China yan dahil 9%/ year ang interest na nakukuha nila pag nagpahiram sila. Di gaano mahigpit ang Chinese government sa rules about these lending firms. LOL
On the other hand, give and take din yan dahil kung ok naman ang start up mo at nabayaran mo niloan mo, may chance kang maging milyonaryo/bilyonaryo.
That's the system that has been in placed for thousands of years. And wealth inequality still prevalent, it even gets worse.
Everybody contributes in building a company, from janitor to clerk to office worker all the way up to the CEO. Janitor vs CEO for example, both have the same level of hardwork. One spend 8 hours maintaining cleanliness of your work environment and the other one spend 8 hours strategizing your company's business. But CEO gets the chunk of company's revenue.
I wish I can occupy another planet and start a new world in there. I'm gonna make all workers as owners of the company they work for and NOT by the value of their work. A janitor who work in a more successful company gets way more money than the janitor who work in a less successful company. The problem on earth is, janitor's salary remains the same regardless of the company's revenue. And don't disregard the value of cleanliness of your work environment, a clean environment inspires you to work harder, that's why your company is successful. Imagine you own portion of the company, regardless of your role, I'm sure you gonna work harder that will result to company's success.
But it will never happen on earth (not in another thousand of years), wealth inequality is here to stay, and so as the poverty, the crime, the poor health condition of many people and the everyday stressful life. Because everything is a chain reaction.
