Kasi diba politics is dirty?Sa tingin niyo mas makakatulong ba ang isang mayaman na philanthropist na hindi politician kaysa sa isang politician?Diba kapag mayaman ka puwede ka naman magtatag ng foundation para makatulong sa tao?

If he's an egalitarian philantrophist with a bit of socialist mindset who's objective is to alleviate the people from poverty.
One example is the Chinese businessman that I've watched on youtube. He's the founder of Wahaha group, a beverage company. During his interview, he said that being wealthy is pointless if the people around you are poor. So what he did is to give around 25% of it's shares to its employees.

mas dirty ang business ng Media. they are manipulative pretending to be business and philanthropy but in reality they very very political and building a slew of politicians who will back their business endeavors.

shares are useless if you dont trade it. you may have 20,000 worth of share but you will only reap 200 worth of annual stock dividend. ganyan ginawa ng Petron, Sunlife at BDO. Petron actually gave their employees a bigger share by giving them a lower IPO price than the public offering. yun Sunlife naman binigay sa employees at plan holders pero meron kaagad na counter offer cash or bonds. in short, automatic buyback. yun BDO ang OGAG ... nagdeclare ng 5 YEAR TRADE FREEZE after 3 months from the IPO.

it is smart move to look good. but i reality, it is a devious way to satisfy the naive. his employees must be proud of the stock certificate framed on their wall.

it is also a business suicide. 25% given to common people. it can trigger a company takeover if a rival goes after those share.
