OFWs in Qatar, which embassy is better to apply?

Good day! Any OFWs po ba dito in Qatar na nakapag-apply ng B2 visa sa US Embassy in Manila?

Months lang po kasi ako nag-work then nag-AWOL due to personal reasons?

3.Sa question po na are you a permanent resident of a country other than your country of origin (nationality), should I answer “yes” since I’m holding a work visa in Qatar, or “no” because technically temporary lang kami dito (OFW)?

4.Ano pong home address and phone number ang dapat ilagay kung OFW but applying in US Embassy in Manila? Pwede po kayang primary phone number is Qatar mobile number? Or it should be PH mobile number?

6.Ang OA po ba ng sagot kung ang purpose of travel is to bring our daughter to Disneyland and Harry Potter in Universal Studios (syempre to visit my father and sister nadin)?
