    I have some experience in Windows with such problem. Firstly you need to check Windows recycle bin, backups, try to restore previous versions of your OS. If these tips not help, you should use special data recovery software. I use DiskInternals Uneraser for this purpose (here is a link https://www.diskinternals.com/uneraser/). I'm sure it will work perfectly for you, and you will be able to recover all your missing files.
