    No, except for that hawaiian rolls and the white bagels. And if you guys have been to Black-eyed Pea resto, their fresh roll is to die for. 

    But then, I still prefer our very own pinagong (milk bread), pande sal and ensaymada.

    I wonder why pinagong is NOT uso in Manila. It's a tasty milk bread originated from northern Quezon province. I bake this once or twice a week and my kids love 'em. It is a combination of bread flour, lots of full cream milk, lots of powdered milk (i use NIDO), eggs and butter.

    Pan de coco din pala the best, maybe next to cinnamon rolls.

    ^ 😍 I remember the bread and butter pudding we had at The English Restaurant in East London. You poke into the pudding and pour rum custard over it. Upcycling stale bread, pero yum! 

    I don't care much for "tasty". Among local bread, I like pandesal the best. Tapos yung hispanis bread ng Sonya's Garden.

    wholemeal bread is also bland and has a rough texture.


    i would rather have a baguette than wholemeal bread. at least, the baguette has a crunch.

    Wala naman akong allergy sa gluten. Palaman ko kundi tuna sandwich ay chicken sandwich (gawang tahanan lahat ito). May patong din na cheddar cheese.

    Iwas ako sa sugar dahil naghahangad ako ng calorie deficit. Iwas din ako sa white bread dahil high GI ito.

    Egg, milk, cinnamon, topped with powdered sugar, maple syrup and sliced bananas. Mas makapal na sliced bread dapat.

    I also do that pag may time ako. Chicken and tuna sandwich. Sarap.
    I always have a atock of nutella, butter, Lily's peanut butter and Lady's Choice mayonaisse pang palaman.
    Ako lang ba ang weird dito na nagpapalaman at nasasarapan ipalaman ang milkmaid? LOL
