ATRAM Trust was the first to launch a complete range of feeder funds in the Philippines which provide Filipinos access to offshore investments in the US, Europe, Emerging Markets and Asia.
    ATR Asset Management (ATRAM MF)

Please be informed that the spin-off of Maybank ATR Kim Eng Capital Partners, Inc. (“MAKE Capital”) Trust Department to a newly established Stand-Alone Trust Corporation (“SATCo“) named, ATRAM Trust Corporation (“ATRAM Trust”) has already been approved by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) BSP Circular No. 884, series of 2015 provides the Guidelines on the Establishment and Operation of Trust Corporations (a copy of which can be viewed on their website for your reference:

BSP Circular No. 884 was issued as a result and manifestation of the BSP’s thrust towards separating banking and asset management activities.

MAKE Capital believes that it is imperative to align itself with the BSP’s thrust. In light of this, MAKE Capital will be spinning-off its trust department into ATRAM Trust, a SATCo organized in accordance with and pursuant to BSP Circular No. 884, in order to streamline the management and administration of the portfolio/accounts currently managed by MAKE Capital. As part of the spin-off, MAKE Capital will transfer and assign to ATRAM Trust all its operations and functions, including its agency, trust and trust-related functions and operations (the “Operations Transfer”). The same team managing MAKE Capital’s trust operations shall be migrated to ATRAM Trust, under the same management philosophy and processes.

ATRAM Trust shall become part of the business group, the “ATRAM Group”, owned by MAKE Capital, ATR Holdings, Inc., BHF Holdings, Inc. and A. Soriano Corporation. This will allow MAKE Capital to reorganize and fold its trust department into the ATRAM Group. The same team managing MAKE Capital’s Trust Department shall be migrated to ATRAM Trust.

It is a good thing that ATRAM had a spinoff so that they could reach more clients.  It is hard to grow and be an exclusive partner of a small foreign bank such as Maybank due to the limited number of branches.

So ayun. Nagtry ako sa gcash ng atram. Ano ba yan? Wala akong kaalam-alam. Pero 70 pesos lang naman hinulog ko. Malay ko ba kung ano mangyayare sa 70 pesos na yan. Hahaha.. turuan nyo po ako please. As in ZERO knowledge ako sa ganito.

  • akolangpilipinoakolangpilipino Member ✭✭
Tuwing kelan po sya nagkakaron ng interest? Kase I'm planning na maghulog regularly like 1k-2k per month.

It is based on NAVPU, which is valued every business day.

Read the ATRAM Money market fund Fact Sheet and Prospectus to learn more about it.
