Walk in at US Embassy.. is it possible?

My Uncle recently had a stroke (he's a retired US Navy) and he needs someone to accompany him back to the States. He's now asking me to ask someone if it's possible because he wants to return to the US asap. Prob is no one is available to accompany him, but I'm willing naman altho I don't have a US visa yet. I know they have a tight security and all but.. Has anyone experienced situations similar to this?

    I have a retired US Navy friend (Filipino) but based in the US with his family and in one of our conversations while they're here in Manila, he mentioned about US Veteran's office in Manila (Roxas Blvd).  You may want to check it out --- Veterans Affairs, US Embassy.  Baka may policy sila about those kinds of emergency.  Try mo lang.
