anyone here who is still unemployed after graduation?

I've been unemployed for almost 3 months already. I have been applying a lot but I just have a number interviews but was not hired because of no work experience. This is making me depressed. I've been so bored, hopeless, frustrated. Anyone who have same experience as me? Misery loves company hoho

Hi! Don't be frustrated. It's normal not to get a job easily because you have thousands of competitors. Every year, madaming grumagraduate and naghahanap ng trabaho pero di lahat ng companies are hiring. So think of it as a challenge. You have to find a way kung pano ka maeemploy.

    Try these things:

    1. Improve your resume. Enough na ba yung nakalagay sa resume mo? Nagresearch ka ba kung anong dapat at di dapat ilagay sa resume para maging appealing sa HR?

    2. Once na nagkaschedule ka na ng interview, find time to research on the possible questions. Baka kasi mali yung sinasagot mo sa interview kaya hindi ka nahhire. Educate yourself kung ano ba hinahanap ng interviewer? Ano bang dapat isagot sa questions nila?

    3. Dapat confident ka. Do not doubt your capabilities. Kapag nasa interview ka wag ka magpakita ng weakness mo kasi nagrereflect ito ng capability mo how to handle stress.

    4. Stay positive. Wag kang mawalan ng pagasa. Lahat ng naging successful nagdaan din sa failure. So kung di ka man nakuha sa previous interviews mo, take it as a lesson. Next time mas alam mo na kung anong itatanong at mahahanda mo na sarili mo for possible questions.

Wag kang magalala, marami rin nasa situation mo ngayon. You just have to know the perfect way kung pano mahire.

I recently made a blog about being successful on your job interview. You might want to check it and hopefully makatulong sayo :)

  • Hi. I hope you've already found a job now @vera.gee.

For fresh graduates who are still unemployed, just keep on trying and keep faith. You'll surely find a job sooner or later.

It's really easy to succumb to negative thoughts kapag laging failed ang applications mo. But you can control what you think. So every time na may naiisip kang negative, ditch it immediately. Keeping a positive mindset will help make the job hunting process lighter.

There are articles on the web that share tips, advice, and guides for job-seekers. Those were just one click away. Take advantage of those.
