^ Kapag may delisting, may buyback ng stocks diba?

Magkano kaya ibabayad ng RW sa mga stockholders nila? How far higher can they go para sa price per share?

Yan ang hinihintay ng mga investor. If the buying price is good (above the market price), eh di syempre bilihan na agad. Pag below market price ang buyback, then sell down. Kelangan nakatutok ka dito kung gusto mong sumali. Ako, hands off na lang.

Dapat wala nang tension between the US and China. So far nagannounce ng ceasefire si Trump until Christmas so posibleng mangyari to. Then dapat maganda ang GDP figure for the second half. Underwhelming ang GDP figure sa first half so dapat mabawi sa second half.

di pa talaga ako familiar sa ganito.
so walang choice si trader other than sell it at that 5.50 price kahit labag sa kalooban nya?
what if he bought it at a higher price like 5.60 (which has been the average price for most of Q1-Q2.
    so lugi talaga siya?
    wala bang incentives or benefit?

^ You have the rights to accept or reject the tender offer.

Unless you hold a substantial block of shares of RWM stock, rejecting a tender offer is probably not a smart move. Without a substantial block of shares, your influence on management is insignificant, to say the least.

Furthermore, your shares will become less liquid as the market for trading the company's stock becomes thinner. The effect on you, as a single shareholder with a relatively small position, will almost certainly be difficulty in selling the stock.
