Typhoon Deaths on Christmas! Really?

Typhoon Urduja caused more than 200 deaths on Christmas eve in my home region of the country. Free will is a beaatch!

Think how sadistic or b!tchy Jesus is, if he were true. Everyone is praising him; gee, it is his focking birthday. But he conjured a strong storm and let it pass thru an area of the country that is not used to it. He ignored the prayers of the poor - yes, the deaths are likely the poor because only the poor likes to live at vulnerable hillsides and riverbanks. Ask him why he did it and hr would tell you just two words: Free Focking Will.

Ah, okay, three words.

    Yes, I blame god for their poverty. They won't leave because they could not bring the carabao and the pigs to the evacuation center. These animals would die if left alone.

God - believers.......Why is it that atheists, if you honestly analyze base on post here, seemingly has more compassion on those less fortunate and are less retardedly narcissistic than you theis God believers...     Hermes Trismegistus is only homophobic sloganeering. But, ironically, he uses as handle the name of the Greek God Hermes. Hermes had gay love affairs, most prominent of which was with the hero Perseus.

    Back to topic, may lumubog na boat sa Quezon. Relatives were anxiously waiting for a Christmas miracle as they wait for missing relatives. Well, sadly, Christian miracles are about mold stains with the Virgin image or cloud formations shaped like angels - with some help of editing software, of course. But saving poor people from calamities is not Jesus' forte.

    Occasionally, there is that one survivor, a sugarol at babaero na tao, who then thank God has chosen him. He will then end his sabong days and believe that his "second" life now has a special purpose.

    It shows the bankruptcy of a logical response to the argument that there is no omnipotent god who responds to prayers and is particularly merciful during his special days. When the vagaries of nature strike, they hit poor Christians more than atheists, stripping bare the belief that god is protecting his followers.

    The Natural Evil Argument was countered by theists thru any of the following:

    - Free will - Man is on his own, prayers are ignored
    - Fall of Man - these are punishments of the original and continuing sin
    - the Devil did it, exposing a SECOND Potent Being that could not be controlled by god (a mystical duopoly)
    - Test to strengthen the faith - hahaha, while blasphemists go unpunished
    - Gays caused god to be angry

    None of those counter-arguments are satisfying.
