Our wealth remains mystery eh.. my parents keep telling us na middle class kami, they don't tell us their wealth, pati credit card nung nag ask ako dahil need ko dati, ayaw nila at walang nabanabangit na ganyan pero monthly nasa abroad, next week, 3 weeks sila Europe tour.. but based on my observation, we are above average.. not super rich, not middle class.

Well I might as well be first. My net worth is much more than 1 million but I definitely don't consider myself rich. If I lose my job now I'll be in the gutters in a short while. My savings and liquid investments are worth 2.2 million, which will be gone in less than 4 years if I stop working and given my average monthly expenses of 50,000.

My house has a fire sale value of 1.6 million. Car maybe 200,000. Motorcycle 55,000. Knife collection 75,000 :evilgrin: No liabilities except around 10,000 in my credit card (I only have one.)

1million+ is nowhere near considered rich in the Philippines. It's a solid average and put you in the area of middle class. Rich people in the Philippines have net worth of more than 10 million pesos. Minimum. hindi bababa sa 10 million. [#]facts[/#] Feel free to correct me and will prove you wrong in numerous ways.
