LTO From Abroad

Hello po. I am a kano with Permanent Immigrant status in the Philippines.

Pinay ang asawa ko at anak namin. Nakatira na sa pinas 8 taon.

I have SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, NBI, ACR, Postal. Somehow I never got my LTO when I was there! I take the jeep.

Where I live in the USA, getting a driver's license is too hard and takes 6 months.

But I can drive with a Philippines one!

So! How can I get one from here?

I know if I already HAD one, I can renew at the Consulate. But I don't :(

get a student permit. wait for a month. and then apply for a non-pro license.
