Sa mga bansa gaya ng US, UK, Canada popular sa kanila na yung mga halimbawa political pundits o commentators nag-bobook tour na pumupunta sa mga university o mga speaking engagements o mga tv channels para ipromote ang mga book nila

we recently had the Philippines Readers and Writers Festival at Raffles. it was a 3-day open event.

annually, National Bookstore usually brings 10 international writers for a book tour to Cebu and MM, and a lot of local book launch.

yun nga lang puro local celebrities with their books about non-sense.

hindi naman nature ng masa ang magbasa ng libro.

and majority of pinoys are masa.

to most of them, the only books worth reading or using are textbooks as education is their stepping stone to success or a better life.
