our client in the US wants us to set-up a softphone where they can call their employees anytime.
they said that they have provided extension numbers to their employees and i just need to set-up their accounts.
unfortunately the admin (not really an IT), cannot provide me the domain setting.
tama naman ako di ba?
ang need lang are:
1. domain
2. user id/name
3. password
am i wrong?
