OK i read the transcript. Like many media men in the US these days, they like to trip politicians to see how broad their knowledge is on certain things. Remember that independent US presidential candidate who didn't know what "Aleppo" was?

Well asking someone whether or not you're a democrat can mean two things. Trillanes got confused (I would have been) and the rep said he wasn't talking about party affiliations. That was that. Nothing worse than Aleppo.
