Duterte foreign trips cost 3x more, gives P3.2M in tips

the Dutete entourage gave away P1.3M in tips in this Baharain trip.
here is how we can look at that spending:
they were in Bahrain for 3 days. remove a day for in/out airplane travel and they were in Bahrain for 2 days, 48 hours. for those 48 hours, they gave P1.3M in tips, that's an average of P27.1T per hour.
how many bellboys and waiters did they give the tips to? they were handing out $200 tips per hour?
assuming they had 9 meals during the whole trip, they gave P144T tip per meal!

BTW, may media kaya na magrereport sa expenditures ng foreign trips ni Ms. Leni Banal compared kay Binay at Kabayan? In the first place, ayaw pagbigyan ng OVP ang FOI requests sa foreign trips ni Madam. :flower:
total tips given - a whopping P6.5M!
you give tips when you take a meal and the hotel bellboy. but most of it is when you take a meal in restaurants. depending on the country, the customary tip is anywhere from 15% to 20% of the food bill.
there is no specific breakdown on meal expenditure.
but we can look at items where most likely these were included like hotel accommodation. the total tip is about double the hotel accommodation expenses. this is a ridiculous amount in relation to hotel accommodation is this item includes hotel cost.
or another is "representation" total tips is 70% of the total representation. if this "representation" is all meals and the tips were given during this time, it means Duterte's entourage was giving $70 as tip for every $100 bill for food / meals.
that is a ridiculous tip. with a $500 meal tab, they were giving $350 as tip?!!!
obviously something is terribly wrong with this tip amount that they have given. were they really tips or did they pocket most of the P6.5M?

It goes to show that this government has nothing to hide and Rappler just showed again it's true colors, a yellow funded anti Duterte "news" outlet.
