Gusto kong mag reduce, paano?

im male 28 yrs old, malaki ang tyan...

nahihirapan ako, i tried sit-ups kasi di ako tumatagal, nakakatamad kasi, any other alternatives? please help naman.

    1. do you drink beer? if you do, maybe you should lessen that.

    2. running/jogging is a good exercise esp. for big bellies. try to do it regularly.

    3. do you play basketball? coz if you don't like running for some reasons, then you could just play basketball coz that can also help trim up your body plus you're having fun while exercising.

    4. a balance diet will help. maybe you could check the other thread where a lot of them tackled about the right foods to eat.

    No amount of exercising will make you lose weight if your caloric intake is greater than your caloric expenditure.

    Anyway, there are already several threads on this. Just use the search function to look for them.
