JGC Japan Gasoline Co. 日本揮発油株式会社 (Kumpanyang Agsikapan)

edited March 2019 in The Working Filipino #1
i have a pending application there kasi and i hear that they have a three-year contract for their new hires.

i'm just wondering that if ever i get accepted and have to work there for 3 years, would it be worth it in terms of training, working envi, compensation, etc.?

any info would be very helpful

You mean JGC Philippines Inc.? or JPhil in short.

May three years contract because of the training, most likely, overseas training (Yokohama, Japan) ang may 3 years binding contract. Way back then pili lang ang me 1 year Japan training, its Process Department and Mechanical Dept.

Working environment? Way back then ok lang skin pero have no idea now.

For salary, mas wala na akong idea now pero for sure mas mataas sila sa min. wage but don't compare it to Fluor Corp.

If worth it?  Tingen ko , oo, kasi karamihan ng mga kakilala kong mga Ex-JPhil na is mostly nasa overseas as immigrant, karamihan nasa USA at Canada.
