My advice is to get an Insurance plan (with cheapest premium) that will cover you for about 1M pesos. If you plan to have a family in the future, then get an insurance plan. Thanks

This is because insurance is the main investment we can use to protect our other investments. For example, all your life, 2 investments lang ang meron ka.

Isang savings account and isang lupa na worth P2 million.

If you die na walang insurance, ang mga assets mo na ito ay automatic na mafi-freeze, and it will be subject to the 20% estate tax ng gobyerno. That means that the family you left behind must have 400,000 pesos to get the property na pinag-hirapan mo.

Now, I like what I have got into nung 2015, kasi yung insurance ko may kasamang investment na rin. It’s what many of our peers here were already familiar about.
Mutual funds. These are one of our ways to invest in stocks and bonds without actually buying for yourself.

But aside from the protection, some insurance packages can actually generate income.

Insurance + mutual funds = VUL

The good thing is super-duper sulit na ito. Nice diba? I love it.

I also love the fact that aside from my insurance na may investment na included, I also invested in the stock market. Grabe todo-han na ito! Eh I am still single pa kasi. And if ever I remain single forever, I’d rather choose to have a life of abundance in my finances kaysa loveless na nga, waley pa sa pera. So here’s what I did. I did not know how to invest sa stock market eh. Sabi ng napakaraming may alam na, magbasa raw ng mga libro, mag-attend ng seminars, at magtanong…which is true naman talaga. These helps a lot. As in super. Eh may problem is wala ako sa Maynila. I’m here in the province. How can I attend the seminars? Sabi nga nila, di’ba? If there’s a will, there’s always a way. Binasa ko lahat ng mga posts about stock investing dito sa site, hinukay ko ang mga YouTube videos, napunta ako sa mga iba’t ibang channels at nagbasa rin ako ng mga books related to the topic.

But I was faced to one realization. I can’t do this on my own, so I joined Bo Sanchez’ Truly Rich Club. There you will know the step-by-step process of investing. From application to the online stock broker to choosing what stocks to buy, ginawa nilang simple at madaling gawin ang pag-invest sa stock market.

If you want to go into it also, you must know first that there are 2 ways to go into the stock market.

One is trading. Ang isa naman ay investing.

There are 2 reasons kung bakit di ako pwede sa trading.

So waley.

Since wala naman akong anak or asawa na magpo-provide for my needs when I grow old, mas maigi kung magkaroon ako ng retirement fund na hindi basta basta nauubos.

Pay yourself first. Save first then spend (but on a budget).

I'm glad you're open to the idea of having an insurance. Get a health insurance first.. you're young, healthy.. it will be cheap(er); then comes income protection/savings. With your "investment" to yourself you are maximizing the opportunity of protect conserving, and creating more wealth for yourself and your loved ones.

I suggest you take advice from people who are not affiliated with companies selling financial products  I have friends who sell financial products yet they only have two investments, cash and real properties. Better get financial advice from unbiased people.

Build your cash savings first. After you have saved up a considerable amount which for me is worth 3 years of expenses for necessities, only then should you consider things like insurance or mutual funds.

Insurance for your kids pwede din.
    Pero life insurance? No way.:rotflmao:
