Buying 2nd hand car

Hello! I would like to ask some tips regarding buying a 2nd hand car?

I'm checking FB groups for 2nd hand cars and OLX as well. What makes me think is some cars are very cheap despite being a recent model. Here's an example. Bakit kaya sobrang mura? I'll be bringing a mechanic to check pero talagang nagdududa ako dahil sobrang mura. Pero kung wala naman issue to, bibilihin ko na agad. Could it be may sira na ito, may problema yung documents or ano?

I hope you could help me with my inquiry. Wala akong masyadong technical idea with regards cars and this is gonna be my first car so I'm very meticulous choosing a good one.

Bukod sa pagsama ng mekaniko upang malaman ang sira ng sasakyan, usisain mo rin ang papeles. May utang ba? Na-remata ba ng bangko? Sakit ng ulo sa iyo kung may utang o naremata ang sasakyan!
