Risks of liposuction surgery

Hey!! I have been exercising regularly and the fats deposited on my waist is not reduced. I hate it and I'm planning to get rid of those fat by undergoing liposuction surgery from a nearby clinic in Toronto. I didn't go under the knife and I'm quite scared about the fact but I can't wait anymore. What are the risks associated with liposuction surgery?
