If this is true then my assesment was correct after all, that the chinese is not out to grab the shoal but rather to protect itself from bullying by the US gov most of us by now knew that the US is a world terrorist. And the purpose of their network of bases is to bully countries to give in to their demands. With bases close to china thay can strike quickly. Now that president Duterte have express disdain over the US and is clear that will not allow US military base in the shoals, the chinese have no reason to position there and prevent such bases.

Thanks God we have a president thats not ignorant and got the balls. He have a bad mouth, yes. he maybe arrogant as well but he is working for the good of all filipino.
