Kung well-defined na at binanggit kung ano, kagaya ng 12 tribes of Israel na specific na binanggit, ito ay prophesy ng katotohanan and therefore not subject to interpretation ng tao.

The apostles called the 144,000 who were sealed from every tribe of Israel "the first fruits to God and Christ":
Revelation 14:1-4

2 And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing waters and like a loud peal of thunder. The sound I heard was like that of harpists playing their harps.

These are the 144,000 who were bore by Christ's work on earth (together with his apostles). The "remained virgins" because "they did not defile themselves with women"
In the bible "woman or women" refers to church(es) if not for real female humans. The Main Church in the bible is the Bride of Christ. This means this church is the true body of Christ, the one chaste, undefiled "woman".
This church according to the bible was apostasized (Hebrews 6:4-8) or defiled after Christ went up to heaven and subsequently after the death of the true apostles.
Therefore, those who did not succumb to the apostasized church remained undefiled or "virgins".
But are these 144,000 the only people saved? No, but they were guaranteed saved, being the "firstfruits". There will be more to "be sealed" which will start at the "end of the sixth seal" (Rev. 6:12 & 15)
The "end of the sixth seal" was marked by a "four winds at the four corners of the earth held back by four angels" (Revelation 7:1) What is the meaning of the winds (being held back by the four angels which Was also the reason why all kinds of people hid in shelters)?
It refers to the First World War on July 27, 1914, simultaneously, "a fifth angel ascends bearing the seal" (Revelation 7:2) "who will seal the servants of God on their foreheads" (Revelation 7:3)
So the sealing happened twice, the first one mentioned in Rev. 7:2-3 and the other sealing pointed out in Rev. 7:4.
There is a difference in: a) time; b) place and c) the ones sealed - those cited in Rev. 7:4 have and exact number while the ones prophesied to be sealed in Rev. 7:2-3 have no exact number or count. The work of the angel prophesied in Rev. 7:2-3 will be in these last days and this is the last work of salvation by God.0 -

Nasa langit na si Cristo nang matatakan ang 144,000. Sa simbolo, dahil sa ligtas na ang mga ito, "kasama" na sila ni Cristo, pero wala pa sila sa langit. Ang ibig lang sabihin nang "kasama" na sila ay garantisado na ang kaligtasan nila sapagka't hindi sila naapektohan ng apostasy. Bago nagbago ang iglesia ay either patay na ang iba at ang iba naman ay minatamis pang mamatay kesa ma-covert sa false church na naging false churches or "defiled women".

Hindi maaaring magbuo ang Diyos mula sa magkakahiwalay na iglesia dahil ayon sa biblia, ang iglesia na hiwa-hiwalay ay hindi tatayo:
