While I am not a fan of the Duterte administration, I applaud the Speaker's plan to raise the RH budget by 300% and to file a bill on same-sex marriage.

Actually US stats did not find same-sex divorces to be higher than heterosexual divorces. I have a theory. Closet gays who hide deep in the closet by marrying a girl are the ones who are so frustrated such that they end up causing violence and unhappiness at home.

We need same-sex marriage so that those who marry women are really the ones who like women. Don't we want that?

in the US, divorce is allowed that is why there is a low homosexual marriage violence. just imaging two men who cant get out of relationship because they are tied by law.

Well, two gays might do kurutan sa inis as you describe in such a sexist manner. But aren't you aware of the degree of domestic violence women suffer in unhappy marriages too? Check the figures.
