This is a good way to save people's lives and have a quicker response team during emergencies. Di nasayang ang boto kay Duterte.

Make it free na lang, iutang nyo na lang operating cost. Kunyari pa, meron nang 130+ billion borrowing within a month in office.

Oh kaya ganito: every phone call = charge to phone service. Ie if it's 50 peso for that call, it goes on that person's bill. That's for subscription, kung pre-paid ilagay yan sa SMS kaya kung nagpapaload, to use they have to load and pay the 50 charged to the number first.

Yan gawa ng mga charities dito (RedCross). If you want to donate, you text to a number and then they (the phone company) pay that specified (per text) amount to charity (eg RedCross) and the phone company just bills it to your next billing cycle.

It just dawned on me...

...yeah you have a hotline now, pero ambulance and emergency services (walang koche police, walang fire trucks) kulang pa din.

Parang gumawa ka ng hospital, wala namang doctor. May hotline ka nga, ang response time is 1 hr or wala naman ample response.

Extra utang nanaman yan.
