We are in need of an Executive Assistant that will provide administrative and office support for one of the biggest Real Estate Companies in the United States. The Regional Assistant will be collaborating closely with the Regional Director and Regional Operations Manager, and is expected to be proactive in providing solutions and assistance to the group.
Compensation will be between $300-500 (US), depending on experience.
Primary Tasks:
* To correctly return all phone calls and emails directed to the Regional Director and Regional Operations Manager.
* Efficiently manage and maintain the Calendars of the clients.
* Make the necessary Travel Arrangements when needed, taking care in getting all the details correctly to avoid any potential delays.
* Create and Edit Reports, including PowerPoint Presentations, Word Documents and Excel Spreadsheets.
* Regularly Monitor, ***** & Evaluate the responses on all of the clients social media channels. To provide a detailed report outlining the major topics and threads of conversations.
Requirements:
*Preferably with at least 6 months-1 year experience working as a Virtual Assistant.
* Computer Literate and proficient in using MS Office Tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Has his/her own workstation and an internet connection (DSL or Cable) of at least 2-5 MBPS.
* Quiet environment at home (with minimal to no background noise) and a Noise Cancelling headset.
* Willingness to work on a PST (Pacific Standard) schedule.
