Are Vinyl Wraps considered as Color Change by LTO?

Hi guys would just like to know if I still need to register for color change sa LTO if hindi ko naman papalitan paint color ng kotse ko and will just use vinyl wrap to alter the color of my car. Any help or information would be appreciated.

If the color of the car will change by more than 50% then yes you need to change the color in the registration, kasi by appearance siya. Hindi pwede yang logic na underneath the vinyl the color is still the same. By that logic I can also say, underneath the brown topcoat, my car is still gray based on the primer.

Thanks for the reply sir. I guess i will have to register it then to LTO since full body color yung papalitan ko. magkano po kaya magagastos ko kung isasabay ko yung color change sa registration ng kotse ko? This July na rin kasi registration nung car ko ulit.
